Video Transcription: If you get injured on the job you have to report your injury within 30 days of getting hurt. You have to ask for medical treatments from the insurance company from your employer. Once they get the report they have to refer you to their insurance company, and their insurance company sends you to initial care. If your injuries are bad enough obviously you end up at the hospital for initial care. Once that initial care takes place, then you will get referred to a specialist if needed and any other treatments such as physical therapy, diagnostic testing and the like. If you are not getting any of those types of things and they are recommending it, that's when you will hire an attorney, and we will file for those benefits and fight on your behalf in court
