Cinthya Gomez is an Immigration Attorney at Gallardo Law Firm, where her practice focuses primarily on removal defense and representing clients in proceedings before the Immigration Court.

Before becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Gomez gained valuable immigration law experience as both a paralegal and law clerk. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in case preparation, legal research, document review, and client communication.

Ms. Gomez is known for her analytical approach and attention to detail. She carefully evaluates each case and develops thoughtful legal strategies designed around the client’s circumstances and immigration goals.

As a Cuban immigrant who came to the United States at a young age, Ms. Gomez brings a personal understanding of the immigrant experience and the challenges individuals and families may face while navigating the immigration system.
