Mr. Labrador has been involved in the legal field since 2016, gaining valuable experience from multiple perspectives. Early in his career, he worked with nonprofit organizations providing legal assistance to individuals entering the United States without the financial resources or legal knowledge necessary to navigate complex immigration and legal challenges.
Since graduating from St. Thomas University College of Law, Magna Cum Laude and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2022, Mr. Labrador has handled a broad range of legal matters, including Immigration, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Guardianship, and Probate-related proceedings. He has participated in trials, mediations, depositions, and contested hearings before state and federal courts.
Mr. Labrador currently serves as an Associate Attorney with Gallardo Law Firm in Miami, where he represents clients in complex immigration and bankruptcy matters, among other civil legal issues. His practice emphasizes personalized representation, strategic advocacy, and practical solutions tailored to each case’s unique facts.
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Labrador offers comprehensive guidance through administrative immigration processes — including asylum, family petitions, consular processing, and deportation defense — helping individuals and families navigate pathways to legal status and stability in the United States.
He also maintains an active presence in legal education and community outreach, having participated in public legal Q&A sessions and media appearances to discuss immigration issues affecting immigrants in South Florida and beyond.
