Hi, My name is Elvis John Adan, and I'm a workers compensation attorney from Gallardo Law Office. We're here to talk about injuries having to do with cuts and lacerations. With cuts and lacerations, as all injuries, it's very important that you report it to your employer as soon as possible, in order for you to get treatment. But a lot of these cases are very serious, so, odds are you probably will be taken to a hospital after the cut or laceration. If that's the case, make sure you get any of your bills and you take them to to our office so that we can file for them to be paid, as well as whatever treatment the employer or insurance company is not giving you. That way, we make sure we file a petition for benefits asking for those benefits. Also, if you're out of work for that time because of for any time due to your, cut or laceration, we would ask for indemnity checks for that time that you're out of work. Remember, if your employer insurance company is not giving you the benefits that you think you're entitled to, call us at Gallardo Law Office, 305-2617000.
