Each case is different. Each case has paternity issues. Sometimes the custody of each divorce is different. Sometimes people want 50/50, sometimes people want every other weekend. Sometimes people have businesses and sometimes they don’t have any marital property at all. Sometimes they agree to wave alimony and sometimes one of the parties want alimony for life or temporary so it’s a lot of factors that you have to take into consideration in order to see more or less how long is going to take the divorce. Sometimes divorce can be as short as one month if it’s by mutual agreement of both parties and sometimes it can take you anywhere from 6 months to one year. Sometimes more than that.
