Attorney Krysti Abascal was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where she developed a lifelong commitment to serving her community and advocating for others. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Driven by a passion for justice and a desire to make a meaningful impact, Mrs. Abascal began her legal education at Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. After two years, she decided to return to her home state and transfer to St. Thomas University College of Law. There, she completed her Juris Doctor and a Business Law Certificate.
Mrs. Abascal further expanded her expertise by pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning at the University of Miami School of Law. During her studies, she worked as a clerk for a boutique estate planning firm, where she realized that her true passion went beyond drafting plans and that she was genuinely inspired and motivated by litigation.
This realization encouraged her to further develop her advocacy skills and strengthened her enthusiasm for courtroom practice. Throughout her legal career, she has stayed committed to using her litigation experience to guide individuals through complex challenges, safeguard their rights, and pursue fair and just outcomes.
